  2. b) Personalized Business Advisory: Handholding services and Virtual CXO engagements
  3. c) Professional Services: Digital services, hiring support, pitch deck creation, financial modeling, and ESOPs
  4. d) Fundraising Assistance: Pre-IPO services, SME IPO enablement, PE funding, and debt diagnostics
  5. e) MSMEx Partner Fund (Growbizz): Investment opportunities through our partner fund

User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
